1. Purpose
We take the accuracy and fairness of our ranking content seriously. This Policy explains the channels, materials and timelines for raising a data objection, factual correction or rights claim in relation to rankings or other content we publish, so that disputes are resolved efficiently and transparently.
2. Scope
2.1 What we accept
- Data errors: sales revenue, output, export value or similar figures that do not match the company’s actual position.
- Factual errors: incorrect company name, place of registration, principal business, shareholding relationships or similar descriptions.
- Identity errors: an entity wrongly identified, mistaken as an affiliate, or confused with another company of the same or a similar name.
- Outdated information: reliance on public information that has since been updated or withdrawn.
- Inappropriate commentary: disparaging, insulting or unsupported evaluative statements.
- Rights claims: content alleged to infringe copyright, trademark rights, reputation, goodwill, portrait rights or trade secrets.
- Source legality objections: an allegation that a data source we used is unlawful or unauthorized.
2.2 What we do not accept
- Dissatisfaction with a ranking outcome, or a request to be ranked higher or included.
- Unsupported or generalised assertions without any evidence.
- Repeat claims about data that was already reviewed and confirmed during the review period, absent new evidence.
- Correction requests offered in exchange for commercial cooperation, sponsorship or procurement. Such requests are refused and recorded.
3. How to Submit
Please email 【corrections@t50rankings.com】, using the subject line format:
[Correction Request] + Ranking name + Company name + Subject matter
Important: objections raised only through website comments, telephone or social media may not be accepted. Written submission is required for the response clock to start running.
4. Required Materials
To enable review, please provide:
- Identity: a scan of your business licence (or registration certificate for overseas entities). Where a submission is made by an agent, written authorization from the company is required.
- Location of the objection: ranking name, edition, specific page URL, and screenshots of the passage or data at issue.
- Grounds and evidence: supporting documentation (audit reports, financial statements, annual reports, government documents, contracts, trademark registration certificates, etc.). For data objections, verifiable source records are required.
- Proposed correction: the corrected wording or figure you seek, and the basis for any currency conversion.
- Contact details: name, job title, telephone and email.
Where materials are incomplete, we will tell you in a single communication what is missing. The 15-business-day review clock starts when the materials are complete.

- Add clarification, such as a scope note, an estimate marker or background information in the ranking.
- Remove the relevant content or company information.
- Decline to change, with written reasons where we conclude the original content is accurate and supported. We do not adjust ranking outcomes in response to objections.

We publish aggregate numbers and categories of outcomes in our annual transparency report (without disclosing the identity of the objecting party).
